First Birthday
January 14, 2009Nublet’s first birthday was Monday so I wanted to make a post about it!
Somebody’s excited!

You can’t see it because we cleaned it up, but there was an epic mess when the huge can of tomato sauce wouldn’t open… and then POP it did. Splattered like crazy. =D
With dinner ready and a 1 year old, we decided gifts should be opened before the mess.
I picked out his favorite toy… a nerf ball:
And another one of us together, just for fun:
Anyway, what was I doing with tomato sauce? A spaghetti dinner! I wanted to make my own sauce and it turned out awesome. Anyway, Nublet’s was in the highchair tray but ours was in bowls. =P

The most beautiful woman in the world who was able to pull this together. She did a lot of the picture taking, so unfortunately she isn’t in a lot of them. She deserves credit for a beautiful cake, a beautiful child, a beautiful party, and keeping me in line. ;-)
